Rafael Aníbal


A journalist specialized in Public Diplomacy and Public Relations, Rafael has worked for various media outlets and has been Media Director in a communication agency for more than five years. He studied in the United States, Ireland, the United Kingdom and Israel. He founded this project in response to the current violence against the LGTBQ collective.

Ángel Negro

Vice President

Ángel has a degree in Journalism from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, a masters in Journalism in Television, and a masters in Management of Audiovisual Companies from the EAE Business School. He is an editor in the national segment of Antena 3 Noticias since 2011, and a teaching fellow to future journalists in the Universidad de Nebrija. Angel is highly committed to the defense of human rights.


Vicente Rodrigo


Europeanist and passionate about politics and communications. Vicente has worked in Madrid and in Brussels, and he has a strong background in public affairs expertise. He’s managed strategic consulting projects aimed at gaining public and political acceptance, engaging interests and creating alliances. EU affairs specialist, he has worked for global consulting firms, public institutions and the political party Ciudadanos, deploying public affairs campaigns in Spain and in Brussels, as well as providing strategic planning and analysis. Vicente holds a degree in Communications at Complutense University of Madrid and he is doing a BA in Political and Administrations Sciences at UNED University.

Guiomar Montes


Sociologist, feminist and expert in gender and equal opportunities, she has developed the majority of her professional career as a project technician in non-profit organizations. Responsible for several social intervention projects on equal opportunities and gender violence, more specifically on sexual violence and trafficking for the purpose of social exploitation; currently working in the management of European funds.

Javier Alemán

Board Director

Graduated in Law and Political Science and Public Administration from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, he has also completed the Master in Access to Advocacy at the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia. He gained experience as a legal trainee at a law firm and later on at public institutions such as the State Public Prosecutor Office and the Congress of Deputies (Lower House of Parliament of Spain). At the present moment, he works as Advisor at the spanish Ministry of Justice. 

Nacho Fresno

Board Member

He graduated from the Faculty of Media Sciences at the Complutense University; studied the doctorate at the same faculty- Chief Editor of Semana for 16 years, he has collaborated during this time in press, radio or television: Telecinco, Telemadrid, Diez Minutos, Vanitatis, Onda Madrid ... He is currently the deputy director of Shangay (magazine of which he has been a partner for many years and with which he has collaborated since its foundation).
